• For all new clients, a comprehensive evaluation will be completed based on information gathered from the initial consultation/screening to determine current strengths and areas in need of support.

• Your child's communication skills will be evaluated using a combination of standardized assessment, informal assessment, parent-interview, and observations.

​

• You will receive a copy of your child's evaluation report which will include assessment results, informal observations, background information, and recommendations. The results and goals will be discussed to ensure you understand and agree with the treatment plan and to answer any questions you may have.

• If your child has had an evaluation completed within 6 months, and the report can be provided, a formal evaluation may not be necessary to initiate therapy.
